Todays New Monday Morning Post is all about my Top 10 Tips for having a better day. Essentially it all comes down to a little self appreciation, taking things easy and making the most out of each day.
The second part to preparing for the next day is to make sure I get a good nights sleep. I have high levels of anxiety which contributes to my insomnia and lack of decent sleep so it's so important for me to wind down before bed. Avoiding technology before bed time is a good idea but I'm not the best at this so I usually watch something like an episode of Modern Family to make me laugh or I'll read a book whilst I drink my chamomile and honey tea. A good nights sleep means I wake up ready to tackle the day ahead.
